Assertive Community Treatment

*This presentation is no longer eligible for the 1 CE credit*

In this presentation we will discuss an interdisciplinary team approach that provides flexible, ongoing and comprehensive support to individuals with co-occurring disorders and their families. ACT is based around the idea that people receive better care when their mental health care providers work together. The mission of ACT is to help people become independent and integrate into the community as they experience recovery.
