The Harmony Foundation is a nonprofit substance abuse disorder treatment center in Estes Park, Colorado. We provide abstinence-based, gender-specific addiction treatment in a residential setting. Our expertise is based on more than 40 years of experience with evidence-based practices.

Licensing and Certification
We are accredited by The Joint Commission, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP). We are licensed by the State of Colorado to provide medical detox at our Colorado detox center. Our medical director is certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) as an addictionologist and is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).

Clients Who May Not Be a Good Fit
- People with ambulatory problems
- Clients requiring IVs
- Clients with cardiopulmonary issues (due to the reduced oxygen at our elevation)
- People with major chronic pain
In addition, clients with acute behavioral or physical problems other than substance use disorder should receive treatment for those problems first. Once stabilized, treatment at Harmony becomes an option.
