*This presentation is no longer eligible for the 1 CE credit*

Using  45 minutes, you can experience a reflection practice that allows a new view to arise with gratitude. The reflection practice is useful even in the most difficult times. This webinar will be an additional resource for those in recovery from addiction, helping them to move through the early stages, particularly when cravings start to emerge.

Presenter:  Carol O’Dowd, MPA, M.Div., RP
President & Executive Director Colorado Association of Psychotherapists
Carol combines western and eastern approaches in her psychotherapy to support others on the journey through transitions. She blends her 20 years of training and experience in public administration as a former city manager and community development consultant with her 10 years of spiritual training as an ordained Buddhist priest. She supplemented her education with certifications in Japanese Psychology, Mindfulness, and Gardening. Carol served as a volunteer for half a year in the Kerobokan Prison, Indonesia, providing counseling and opening up a Buddhist Temple. Her workshops and retreats in the United States, Thailand and Indonesia consistently result in participants taking techniques back to work and/or home.
