Donor Relations Officer
As Donor Relations Officer, Glenda brings a diverse background in nonprofit leadership and in foundation and partnership development. Within industry, she works with constituents to accelerate the trajectory of fundraising strategies improving service deliverables ensuring men and women access to excellent quality care.
Prior to this role, Glenda served as the Executive Director of Horse Tales Literacy Project, an international organization whose mission was to discover the joys of reading through the magic of the books written by Walter Farley and, up-close and personal interaction with horses. While there, Glenda developed and implemented summer camps and after-school programs providing scholarships to under-served youth.
Glenda also served as the Executive Director of Colorado Business Leadership Network, where, in addition to strategy and fundraising, she identified and launched the High School High Tech and New Mexico Leadership Network Program, significantly increasing educational and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
Glenda is a results-driven strategist building trust through a demonstrated ability to optimize performance and achieve desired results, and has an unwavering passion working behind the scene to support others in reaching their goals and aspirations.
